Then take our factory's double edging machine inspection as an example.
The first point: the base part
A. Appearance: the appearance of the non-working surface to do the spraying of rust treatment, solid connection in place and no pits and other defects.
B. Performance:
1. After the installation of the transmission rod, there is no shaking of the silk rod.
2、Sliding seat in and out smoothly, no jitter, in and out of the left and right consistent
Point 2: Left and right seat assembly
A. Performance:
1、Taking the F4 conveyor belt slider from the fixed end to the mobile end as the reference, detect the left-right parallelism between the fixed end and the mobile end within 0.1mm
2、Taking the conveyor belt slider at the fixed end as the reference, test the isometric between the fixed end and the sliding seat within 0.1mm
The third point: left and right upper guide assembly
A. Performance:
1, silk rod and silk mother up and down synchronization gap ≤ 0.1mm
2. Ensure that the center of upper synchronous belt and lower synchronous belt are coincident
The fourth point: gear box assembly
A. Performance:
1, the gear box of the bevel gear mesh with good, no abnormal noise
2. The centers of the upper and lower timing wheels coincide to meet the dimensional requirements of the assembly drawing.
3. The upper box slides freely without any stagnation.
Point 5: Water tank assembly
A. Appearance:
1, the water tank as well as the rubber sleeve with rubber ring, throat hoop card tight, do not allow leakage, dripping phenomenon, sealing to meet the requirements.
2, the split water pipe, universal water pipe connection is firmly in place, no blockage, leakage and dripping phenomenon
B. Performance:
Requirements can pass 30mm glass, water tank installation without skewing
Point 6: Motor, grinding head, slide assembly
A. Appearance:
The drag plate is flexible in and out, the oil pipe is smooth, no blockage, leakage and dripping phenomenon.
B. Performance
1、Maximum and minimum clearance of the drag plate ≤ 0.03mm
2、Motor grinding head installed on the top of the drag plate and the perpendicularity of the guide rail ≤ 0.05mm.

Point 7: Pneumatic assembly
A. Performance
1、Requirements for the left and right turning mechanism can be turned over and down at the same time
2, the start of the polishing drag plate running smoothly, no stagnation
After confirming that there is no problem in all aspects of the components, you can carry out the testing of the double edging machine!
A. Appearance:
1, the assembly points are to achieve proportionality and coordination, solid connection in place and no obvious pits and other defects
2, the waterway, oilway smooth, no blockage, leakage and dripping phenomenon
3, the bottom edge of the glass appearance without white edges, no obvious rounded corners and grinding lines, the surface is not in the shape of waves. Chamfering uniformity, no chipping, burr, no size head and other defects, while polishing brightness is not lower than the brightness of the original piece
B. Performance:
1、Adjustment of grinding wheel
1# diamond wheel front angle 0.12, back angle ≤ 0.03
2# diamond wheel front angle 0.05, back angle ≤ 0.03
3#After all adjust the plane
2、Grinding 5mm, 10mm, 8mm, 12mm glass of different sizes.
Width error before and after ≤0.15mm
Chamfering error before and after ≤0.25mm
Diagonal error (using vertical positioning mechanism) ≤0.08mm
3, 10mm glass grinding speed is not less than 2.5M/min.
