Therefore, our company combined with the master as well as the opinions of these customers summarized a very important factor, is to refuel the machine diligently! Refueling diligently! Refueling diligently!
In fact, each of our equipment will be equipped with automatic refueling as well as manual refueling. Then actually rely on automatic refueling is actually not enough, because there are dead ends of the machine must rely on manual refueling can do, play a lubricating role. It is best to regularly 1 ~ 2 times a week need to master manual refueling maintenance.
If you do not refueling will be very easy to appear before and after the track shaking, and the phenomenon of bearing chain buckle easy friction damage.
As a company that has been operating for nearly 30 years, our company has summarized a set of maintenance procedures based on years of experience.
The 1 point:
Before the machine is turned on to add lubricant (specific parts of the corresponding lubricant model see manual chapter 6) must be used in the place of manual oil pump refueling (equipment installed with two manual oil pump).
The 2 point:
Manual oil pumps should be refueled once per shift
The 3 point:
The bottom bearing part of the front and rear cleats must be manually refueled by hand using an oil pot, and it is recommended to refuel once a week. The refueling position is shown in the picture. Refueling method: turn on the main drive at slow speed, refuel one by one at the position as shown in the picture, add 1-2 drops of oil to the refueling position shown in the picture. Ensure that each axis of the whole track can be completely oiled.
The 4 point:
Regularly clean the sediment at the bottom of the water tank
The 5 point:
When the machine has not been used for a period of time (e.g. when the machine is being transported) you must do a complete lubrication of the machine. Remove all deteriorated grease from the lubrication points and from the tubes or chambers.
The 6 point:
If the working environment is bad and continuous work system, you should shorten the oil change time accordingly;
The 7 point:
The oil quantity should be checked regularly with the oil quantity indicator so that it is within the correct range; if the lubricant is found to be lower than the specified height of the vernier, or the oil seal has leakage, the lubricant should be supplemented and replaced in time.
The 8 point:
For reducers that have been stored or out of service for 4-6 months, if there is no lubricant between the oil seal and the case, it is recommended that the oil seal be replaced.
The 9 point:
It is prohibited to inject two or more different grades of lubricants into the reducer body for simultaneous use.
The 10 point:
The selection of lubricating oil is based on the ambient temperature and running speed, please follow the grade in the above table to refuel; for the temperature of -10℃ ~ -40℃ should be used CLP synthetic industrial gear lubricant (220-460#), or you can use other synthetic industrial gear lubricant with similar performance as a substitute;
The 11 point:
Stepless speed reducer, oil change time, the first period is 500 working hours, the second period is 1000 working hours. 2000 working hours for the third period, and then change it every 2000 working hours thereafter;
The 12 point:
Oil change should be cleaned the body cavity and parts, according to the provisions of the injection of the corresponding grade of lubricant and oil. Some bearing lubricant is difficult to go in, should be coated with grease.
